What data we collect

If you contact us or request a demo, we collect what you give us — typically your name, company name, email, phone number, and a description of your tools and the workflow problems you want solved. If you use the “have our AI call you” demo, we collect the phone number you enter so the call can be placed. We do not collect payment information, Social Security numbers, or sensitive personal data through this site.

How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to you, evaluate whether your company is a fit for an engagement, place the demo call you requested, and schedule a conversation if appropriate. We do not use your data for advertising, remarketing, or any unrelated purpose.

The AI receptionist demo

When you request a call through the demo, the phone number you enter is sent to our voice provider, Vapi, which places the call and processes the audio of that call to power the AI conversation. We use this only to run the demo you requested. We do not place unsolicited calls.

Data retention

We retain the information you submit for a maximum of 24 months, after which it is deleted, unless we are working together and a longer period is required to deliver our services.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses only essential cookies required for it to function. If we enable analytics, it will run behind a consent choice and will not collect data about your visit if you decline.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate this site and our demos — including Vapi (voice calls). These providers process data only as needed to perform their function. We do not sell, share, or rent your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.

Your rights

You may ask what data we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion at any time. California residents have the right to know, delete, and opt out of any sale of personal information (we do not sell it). Email us and we will respond within 45 days.
